Managing partner Daniel L. Rivetti has been elected Vice President of the Western District Region of the PDI for 2017-2018. The organization, comprised of attorneys, insurance company executives, self-insurers, and independent adjusters, hosts education seminars for its members, and provides information on recent significant court cases and decisions with regard to insurance issues.
