Roderick O. Smith
Roderick O. Smith graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2023. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Miami University in 2020.
While enrolled in law school, Mr. Smith was President of the Pitt Law Christian Legal Society and served as an Academic Success Teacher’s Assistant. During the school year he performed work for Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Aid, assisting in both getting Protection From Abuse Orders for those in need and arranging divorces for indigent clientele. Mr. Smith also worked for the Federal Department of the Interior as a law clerk, performing legal research in environmental law.
Prior to joining Robb Leonard Mulvihill, Mr. Smith served as a law clerk at a Pittsburgh litigation firm where he obtained valuable experience in civil litigation, workers’ compensation and Social Security work.
Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on transportation and motor vehicle liability, workers compensation and general civil litigation.
