Rachel T. Sleiman

Rachel Sleiman is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sleiman clerked for the Honorable U.S. Magistrate Judge Mitchel Neurock in the Southern District of Texas.

Ms. Sleiman received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude in International Studies and Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University and earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2023.  During law school, Ms. Sleiman served as Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and Senior Editor of the international law blog The Comparative Jurist, Event Chair for the Human Security Law Center, Chief of Staff for the Student Bar Association, a staff editor for the Bill of Rights Journal, a member of the Moot Court team, and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic.  Also during law school, Ms. Sleiman interned for two U.S. district court judges (the Honorable J. Michelle Childs, since elevated to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Sherri A. Lydon), the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Ms. Sleiman also supported the international human rights and criminal law research of William & Mary Law School Professor Nancy A. Combs and the international media freedom, privacy, and technological innovation research of Columbia University Professor Jenik A. Radon.  Through her work with Professor Radon, Ms. Sleiman assisted the Estonian Foreign Ministry by co-organizing a Symposium as part of the 2021 Global Conference for Media Freedom and drafting policy recommendations on technology, media, and privacy issues of common concern for small nations.

Before law school, Ms. Sleiman served as a paralegal supporting the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Fraud Section, assisting trial attorneys in the prosecution of healthcare fraud cases across the country, particularly in Miami, Orlando, and Philadelphia.

Ms. Sleiman is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Sleiman focuses her practice on Commercial Litigation, Extra-Contractual Insurance and Litigation, and General Civil Litigation.
