Architects, Contractors and Engineers
Robb Leonard Mulvihill represents architects, contractors, engineers, and property owners engaged in construction and demolition projects. Most of these cases are rooted in the language and requirements of construction contracts and subcontracts. But, depending on the facts, they often involve broader areas of tort laws and federal and state regulatory schemes. One key to the successful prosecution or defense of a construction case is mastery of the laws and regulations that are implicated in each dispute.
We bring to our construction practice over 50 years of experience in general civil litigation. The document analysis, witness preparation, taking and defense of depositions, and the trial tactics developed in civil litigation cross over seamlessly into construction litigation. We have represented parties on construction claims, subrogation claims, and mechanics liens in cases involving both large and smaller scale construction projects.
