Rhonda Sudina Speaks at PBI Seminar

Rhonda Sudina accepted the invitation from the Pennsylvania Bar Institute to be a speaker at their program "How to Properly Document a Settlement Agreement (After the New Joint and Several Liability Law)."  The program was held in Pittsburgh on December 10, 2012 at the PBI Professional Development Center, Heinz 57 Building, Pittsburgh.  The topics included the language and types of releases, scope of releases, joint tortfeasor language, general versus limited releases, conditional promises, confidentiality provisions, Medicaid/Medicare issues, liens, enforceability of oral settlement agreements and the pitfalls when presenting settlement agreements orally to the court.
