Joseph C. Ruby

Joseph C. Ruby is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP.  Mr. Ruby received a B.S. in mathematics from Bucknell University in 2011, and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2014.  During law school, Mr. Ruby served as Production Editor of the East Asia Law Review.

Prior to joining Robb Leonard Mulvihill, Mr. Ruby was a judicial law clerk in Luzerne and Lycoming Counties, practiced medical malpractice defense for a regional firm, and most recently served for five years as Assistant District Attorney in the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Ruby is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
