Mr. Gartin is a 2009 graduate from the Duquesne University's School of Law.   While in law school, he was named Most Outstanding Student in the Civil and Family Justice Clinic.  Mr. Gartin is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, and is admitted to all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Shannon graduated cum laude from Duquesne University's School of Law in 2013.   While in law school, he served as a senior staff editor for the Duquesne Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Administrative Law, and clerked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Debra M. Todd.  Mr. Shannon is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), American Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, and an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the ACBA.  He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
