Erin J. Dolfi Named Partner

Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP is pleased to announce that Erin J. Dolfi has been elevated to partner in the firm.

Erin Dolfi is a 1997 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Dolfi earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000. She is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and practices in Pennsylvania state courts as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

 

Ms. Dolfi concentrates her practice in litigation with emphasis on energy-related litigation, insurance coverage litigation, employment litigation, and professional liability litigation. Ms. Dolfi also has significant experience in matters involving contract disputes, ERISA claims, and tort litigation. She has presented seminars on various topics including: the UCC and banking, electronic discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and recent developments in insurance law.
