Amy M. Kirkham Speaks at Motor Vehicle Seminar

Partner Amy M. Kirkham was recently invited to speak at the Advanced Motor Vehicle Seminar which was presented by the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. This seminar, which was held at the Rivers Club in Pittsburgh, provided auto law and bad faith litigation updates that impact an insurance defense. Ms. Kirkham’s presentation focused on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s recent decision in Babcock & Wilcock Co. v. American Nuclear Insurers, - - A.3d - -, 2015 WL 4430352 (Pa. 2015) and its impact on defending under a reservation of rights.
