Todd L. Williams

Todd L. Williams is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill.  Mr. Williams obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College, where he studied Political Science and English.  Mr. Williams later earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He actively participated in the mock trial program, and served as a judge for high school mock trial competitions.  Mr. Williams also took part in the Criminal Prosecution Practicum, and spent his final year of law school as an intern with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office.

Upon admission to the bar, Mr. Williams began his career at Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services (SPLS) where he represented indigent clients in a variety of civil, juvenile, and family matters.  While employed by SPLS, Mr. Williams represented clients throughout Western Pennsylvania in housing discrimination cases as part West Penn Rural Fair Housing.  With funding obtained through federal grants, Mr. Williams and his colleagues helped to ensure equal opportunity to housing through litigation enforcement and education programs designed to inform tenants and landlords of the protections of the Federal Fair Housing Act.
Mr. Williams returned to the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office in 2017 as an Assistant District Attorney.  During his time there, he honed his litigation skills through hundreds of criminal prosecutions.  As an ADA, Mr. Williams handled a variety of cases including DUIs, drug possessions, burglaries, robberies, aggravated assaults, attempted homicides and others, most recently as a member of the Violent Crimes and Firearms/Narcotics Unit.”

When not diligently exercising his passion for litigation, Mr. Williams spends his time as an active member of the Bellevue community, where he resides with his wife and three children.
