Michelle A. Ross

Michelle A. Ross is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a double Minor in Legal Studies and Italian. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2013.

While in law school, Ms. Ross was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team, competing in both the American College of Trial Lawyers National Trial Competition in Philadelphia, PA, and the William W. Daniel National Invitational Trial Competition in Atlanta, GA. She was thereafter inducted into the Louis L. Manderino Honor Society for her participation in the trial advocacy competitions, and received the Pro Bono Certificate for volunteer work with Christian Legal Aid. She additionally clerked for two sitting judges of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.  Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Ross served as an assistant public defender in Beaver County, PA, worked at a firm practicing solely workers’ compensation defense, and practiced in the field of general civil litigation, elder law, estates, and trusts.

Ms. Ross is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as the State of New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, and was inducted into the Bar Leadership Institute class of 2018-2019.  Ms. Ross’ practice areas include civil litigation, insurance coverage, elder law, estate planning, and probate litigation. 

In her spare time, Ms. Ross enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and rock climbing.
