Matthew F. Dolfi

Matthew F. Dolfi is an associate at Robb Leonard Mulvihill. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University in 2001 and graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004 where he also earned a certificate in the John P. Gismondi Civil Litigation program. Mr. Dolfi received the CALI Excellence Award for the Future in Civil Litigation Strategy and Planning.
Mr. Dolfi specializes in civil litigation, primarily handling cases involving commercial litigation, professional liability, construction defects, personal injury, and various other insurance-related matters. He has represented engineers, accountants, contractors, employers, and individuals in all types of litigation, including cases involving allegations of negligence, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, and large-loss subrogation. Mr. Dolfi has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in various state courts, and has also represented clients in arbitration, mediation, and early neutral evaluation. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Dolfi has served as the Solicitor for the Borough of Crafton and the Ross Township Civil Service Commission. He has also presented continuing legal education seminars for the Allegheny County Bar Association.
In 2008 and 2011-2016, Mr. Dolfi was recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star. This is an honor reserved for only 2.5% of the young lawyers in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
