LeeAnn A. Fulena
LeeAnn A. Fulena is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. She is a cum laude graduate of Westminster College. Upon graduating from Westminster, she obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Fulena served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Ralph D. Pratt of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas and as a Legislative Assistant to the University of Pittsburgh’s federal lobbyist, Louis Tronzo. She is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ms. Fulena’s current practice includes multiple areas of litigation. Additionally, Ms.Fulena has a considerable estate:elder law practice in both planning estates and probate, and in corporate organization/restructuring. She represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts in insurance coverage, motor vehicle, premises liability, construction, employment, extra-contractual insurance,real estate,estate and probate litigation. In addition to her civil trial work, Ms. Fulena has considerable experience in administrative proceedings, alternative dispute resolution and appellate work.
Ms. Fulena hosts numerous workshops and guest lectures on insurance litigation, estate planning, probate, and starting a business. Ms. Fulena has taught real estate and municipal law classes at the Beaver Campus of The Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, where she serves on the Elder Law Committee, the Lawrence County Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and, Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA).
Ms. Fulena is heavily involved in community outreach. In 2008, she was appointed by the Commissioners of Lawrence County to serve on the Housing Authority and is the first woman to be elected Chairperson of the organization. She is Vice Chair on the Board of Directors of the ACHIEVA Family Trust (AFT) and is Chairman of AFT’s residual committee. Ms. Fulena is an active member of the Lawrence County Women Connect group. In 2017, She was elected as President of the Board for Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County and is the current Chairperson for the Shelter’s annual gala fundraising auction. She is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Lawrence County Playhouse. Ms. Fulena is formerly a board member of the Northwest Region’s Junior Achievement Advisory Council. Ms. Fulena also serves on the UPMC Benevolent Care Fund for Seniors Auction Committee.
In 2018, she was an honoree of the Lawrence/ Mercer ATHENA for her mentoring and leadership skills.In 2019, Ms. Fulena was awarded the Westminster Alumni Citation Award. This award is given to people who made significant contributions to their communities, their profession or Westminster.
