Joshua R. Guthridge

Joshua R. Guthridge is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. He handles the spectrum of civil litigation and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Mr. Guthridge has represented a diverse group of clients, from multi-million dollar corporations to individuals. He has successfully litigated cases in the state and federal courts throughout western and central Pennsylvania.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2003, Mr. Guthridge worked as the Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor for a company that designed and manufactured mechanical power transmission equipment for industrial applications. In this position, he managed the quality department at the corporate headquarters, and he assisted in developing and maintaining the quality department of a fledgling plant in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. 
Mr. Guthridge received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009 where he graduated cum laude and was elected into the Order of the Coif an honor given only to the very top law students. While in law school, Mr. Guthridge worked as the Lead Managing Editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce, one of the University's two law reviews. Additionally, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Nora Barry Fischer for the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Guthridge is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, as well as in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He graduated from the Bar Leadership Initiative of the Allegheny County Bar Association in 2011, a program that is designed to develop young lawyers professional and community leadership skills.
