Jennifer L. Miller

Jennifer L. Miller is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP, practicing in the areas of civil litigation and insurance coverage.  In 2009, Ms. Miller graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Communication & Rhetorical Studies.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2012, where she served as Executive Recent Decisions Editor of the Duquesne Law Review.  As editor, Ms. Miller authored a work selected for publication - Separation of Powers and Guantanamo Detainees: Defining the Proper Roles of the Executive and Judiciary in Habeas Cases and the Need for Supreme Guidance, 50 DUQ. L. REV. 173 (Winter 2012).  While at law school, she was a member of the first place Gourley Cup Trial Tournament team and received several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Writing in Law Practice, Employment Discrimination, Corporations, Labor Law, Sales and Leased Goods, and Federal Courts and the Federal System.

Ms. Miller was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2012.
