Erin J. Dolfi
Erin J. Dolfi is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. Ms. Dolfi concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, with emphasis on energy-related litigation, insurance coverage litigation, employment litigation, and professional liability litigation. She also has significant experience in matters involving contract disputes, ERISA claims, and tort litigation.
Ms. Dolfi earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000. She also graduated with distinction from the College of Liberal Arts College at Penn State. Prior to moving to Pittsburgh in 2001, Ms. Dolfi was an associate at an international law firm in Washington, D.C., where she gained experience in mortgage banking law and litigation. In 2008, she was named to Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars. This honor is bestowed upon only 2.5 percent of attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Dolfi is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania state courts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. She regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts. She has participated in several jury trials and commercial arbitrations as both lead and associate counsel. She has successfully argued before the appellate courts on multiple occasions.
Ms. Dolfi serves on the Judiciary Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She has presented seminars on topics including the UCC and banking, electronic discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and developments in insurance law.
