Charles P. Sapienza
Charles P. Sapienza III is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill, LLP. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Duquesne University in 2009 and received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014.
While in law school, Mr. Sapienza was a member of Duquesne’s Federal Litigation Clinic where he represented indigent clients as a certified student litigant in the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court. In June 2014, he was awarded the Pro Bono Certificate of Recognition and the Certificate of Distinction in Clinical Work. Mr. Sapienza also served as a staff member on Duquesne’s Business Law Journal.
Mr. Sapienza interned for President Judge Dominick Motto of Lawrence County, clerked at a Pittsburgh personal injury law firm, and worked as an associate for a workers’ compensation defense firm. His main area of practice at Robb Leonard Mulvihill will focus on insurance coverage, general civil litigation, and workers’ compensation.
Mr. Sapienza is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
